What do SPACE SHAKES taste like? Melted ice cream.

Why do I need SPACE SHAKES? If you are Keto, Paleo, Vegan or Low-Carb they are a lifesaver. They work great as a meal replacement and dessert.

What are MCTs? Medium Chain Triglycerides are the type of fat that is most stable and important for your health and energy levels. They are a quick, clean fuel for your body to burn for energy.

Are SPACE SHAKES Keto? Yes

What is Keto? The ketogenic diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. When this happens, your body becomes incredibly efficient at burning fat for energy. This metabolic state is great for weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.

What is the shelf-life of SPACE SHAKES? Up to one year if unopened, there is a date stamp on each shake. Once opened they must be refrigerated and we suggest eating within 2 days.

Can I freeze SPACE SHAKES? Yes, we love them frozen! 2 1/2 hours is perfect for a ice cream type texture. 1/2 hour to 1 hour they thicken up like pudding. If they are frozen for over a day the texture changes and is less creamy so we suggest shorter times for freezing. Lots of people like to freeze them and then blend them with other fun things.

How long does it take for SPACE SHAKES to thicken up more like a pudding? 3 weeks is the average time for them to thicken in the fridge, also freezing for an hour helps thicken them more quickly. 

Why are SPACE SHAKES thick sometimes and thin sometimes? They are loaded with MCTS (good-for-you fats) so they act a lot like coconut oil. When they are warm they are thin, and when they are really cold they get thicker. The longer they sit in a cold fridge (3 weeks or more) the thicker they will get. 

What if my SPACE SHAKE gets too thick sitting in the fridge? Take it out of the fridge and let it warm up to desired thickness, shake and drink.

What flavors are available? Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee

Is there caffeine in SPACE SHAKES? Only in our COFFEE SPACE SHAKE

Why Stevia? We love stevia because it is derived from a plant and does not raise the glycemic index.

Why do SPACE SHAKES separate? They are made with the best ingredients out there, and nothing gross is added to stop separation from occurring. We knew our customers would rather shake up their shake then eat gross stuff!

How should I store these? They can be stored at room temp or in the fridge. We suggest eating them chilled for the best taste!

What’s the environmental impact of your products? As all products have an environment impact, we are always on the lookout for new and emerging innovations that will have less of an impact. Biodegradable and upcyling are two of our favorites and we hope that soon we can offer upcycling to our customers. As of now our customers can rinse and upcycle their pouches to local programs in their state.
